    At Onalaja we take pride in creating hand crafted, hand beaded and embellished dresses.

    Our commitment to quality and detail means every garment we produce may take between 3-5 weeks to hand create pending no delays.

    Please note that the 3-5 weeks is excluding Bank holidays and weekends.

    As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a confirmation email along with your tracking details.

    What do I do after I place my order?

    Please wait for our 3-5 weeks processing time (depending on selected style) to create your garment + SHIPPING TIME.

    We take pride in creating garments that are meticulously crafted to fit you like a glove, which is why we devote up to 3-5 weeks to ensure that every detail is perfect before we hand your items to our carrier for shipping.

    After your order has completed our processing time of 3-6 weeks, please allow 1-5 working days shipping depending on your location. 

    Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearances.

    The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Great British Pounds (GBP), which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

    Custom duties vary from country to country and are paid by the customer.

    Can I exchange or return my order?

    No returns, No exchanges. All sales are final.

    Currently all Onalaja pieces are on a made to order basis, for that reason, we do not offer refunds.

    We take pride in making sure that all our pieces are quality controlled and inspected before it is sent out to you. We also take images and recordings of each piece to avoid any faulty, damaged or marked claims.

    Our commitment to transparency means that every garment listed on our website comes with an extensive, detailed and unique description. It is crucial that you carefully read the item description before making a purchase.
