Please refer to our sizing chart and/or individual product descriptions for guidance prior to making a purchase.
My size is out of stock
Most of our styles are stocked in limited quqntites We have the option of always pre ordering however it may take an average of 3-6weeks depending on demand. Please subscribe to our mailing list here, to be the first one to know when we launch new collections so you don’t miss out.

Shipping questions
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer. For more information about shipping please refer to our shipping page.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping varies based on the item. Please send an email to info@onalaja.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.
Returns questions
Can I exchange or return my order if it doesn’t fit?
We do not offer refunds. In some circumstances we do offer store credit.
